Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Size Difference: We understand that selecting the perfect size can be challenging. If you receive your order and find that it doesn’t fit as anticipated, we are more than happy to exchange it for the correct size.
  • Unworn and Unused Items: To qualify for an exchange, limited to genuine quality or manufacturing defects, the item must remain in its original, unworn, and unused condition. Items displaying sweat stains or body odors cannot be accepted.
  • No Assurance for Zari and Color: It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the zari work and color of the garment. Minor color bleeding during washing is a common phenomenon with ethnic clothing and is not considered a valid reason for exchange.
  • Custom Orders: For custom orders, if there are discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, you can request rectification for minor differences or request an exchange for major differences.

How to Request an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, kindly follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at +91 62380 58215 within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details outlining the reason for the exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and furnish instructions for returning the item.

Additional Information:

  • Please be aware that the shipping cost for returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges are contingent upon product availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will propose alternative options or issue store credit.
  • While we strive to process exchanges promptly, the exact timeline may vary based on the nature of the exchange.

We understand that there may be instances where a refund is the preferred resolution. Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

Out of Stock: In the rare event that the product you’ve purchased is out of stock, and you choose not to select an alternative item, a refund will be initiated promptly. Our commitment is to ensure that your shopping experience is not only enjoyable but also hassle-free.

Batch Production: Handcrafted items are produced in batches, resulting in slight variations in color, shade, and motifs, which are natural outcomes of human craftsmanship.

  • Slight Color Bleeds during initial washes are normal and constitute a characteristic of handmade and natural fabrics.
  • Minor irregularities are inherent in handcrafted products.
  • Refrain from pairing darker colors with lighter ones.
  • Color may rub off when dry.
  • Avoid Machine Washing.
  • Do not soak.
  • Wash separately.
  • Gently Dry inside out in the shade.
