Yes. We have logistics partners around the world, so we can ship products internationally.
Our products reflect true Indianness and every item is a perfect blend of tradition and grace. Byhand tries to emphasise the richness of the heritage textile segment of India. All our materials are authentic and sourced from their origin with the GI tag. Our products are uniquely crafted to give a contemporary touch to traditional clothing. We employ traditional techniques to make clothes that cater to the needs of modern men and women. We promote slow fashion and our products take care of the ‘look good and feel good factor’. We practice the use of organic, eco-friendly materials and aim to make sustainable fashion accessible to all.
No. We have several handloom products but all our products are not made using the handloom method. Most of our products are handmade as we either use handloom fabrics or use techniques like hand block printing, hand dying, bandhani, shibori etc.
ONLINE SHOPPING AND DELIVERY
You can check the status of the order placed from the ‘Track Your Order’ button on the top right corner of our Homepage. You will also receive tracking details through Whatsapp once the order is dispatched from our end.
The order can be cancelled for readymade products within 24 hours. However, a customized order cannot be cancelled.
If a product goes out of stock we will provide the customers with other similar options or dispatch the same product once it is restocked. In this case, the customer will be informed of the estimated shipping time.
Delivery charges depend on the order value. We provide free shipping all over India for order value of Rs. 1000 and above. The customer has to pay for the logistics costs for the delivery outside of India.
We can ship our products to over 65 countries including the Middle East, US, UK, African countries, Australia, Canada, etc.
For international orders, the customers have to make payment before the dispatch of the order. We suggest transferring the order amount to our SB account to make the process easier for the customers. Also, the customer has to pay for the logistics costs including the taxes and shipping charges for delivery outside of India.
