Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Byhand, each piece is a handcrafted original, designed with artisanal care and rooted in sustainable practices. To preserve this uniqueness, we follow a strict No Exchange, No Return, and No Refund policy.

No Exchange

Due to the exclusive nature of our handmade garments, we do not offer exchanges. Each item carries its own distinctive charm, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

No Return

We do not accept returns. Our commitment to slow fashion and the beauty of imperfection is central to everything we do — each product tells its own story.

No Refund

All sales are final. This helps us ensure fair compensation for our artisans and protect the sustainability of our craft.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

We understand there may be rare situations that require special attention:

Product Damage: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

For any exceptions , at rare conditions for damage and defective products , exchange and replacement will be accepted within 24 hours, and the product for exchange and replacement will be delivered in 7-14days.

Wrong Product: If you receive a completely different item than what you ordered, inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact to be considered for exception cases.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (if approved) are the customer’s responsibility.

For any exceptions , at rare conditions only refund will be applicable where refund after inspections will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-15days.

Photography & Handcraft Disclaimer

Natural Light Photography: We shoot our products in natural light to showcase authentic colors.

Color Variations: Slight differences in shade may occur due to camera limitations or screen displays.

Handcrafted Uniqueness: Minor variations in texture, motif, or dye reflect the beauty of handwork and batch production. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.

Washing & Care Instructions

  • Dry Clean or hand wash with mild detergent.
  • Expect slight color bleeding in initial washes — a natural trait of hand-dyed fabrics.
  • Do not soak or machine wash.
  • Wash separately and dry inside out in the shade.
  • Avoid pairing dark and light colors.
  • Color may rub off when dry — handle with care.
