Shipping policy

 

You can buy Byhand products directly from our store in Cochin or from our website www.byhand.in. We also take orders through Whatsapp (9961450309) and Instagram (byhand.in).The order can be cancelled for readymade products within 24 hours. However, a customized order cannot be cancelled.

We can ship our products to over 65 countries including the Middle East, US, UK, African countries, Australia, Canada, etc. Delivery charges depend on the order value.  The customer has to pay for the logistics costs for the delivery outside of India. For international orders, the customers have to make payment before the dispatch of the order. We suggest transferring the order amount to our SB account to make the process easier for the customers.

Once the order is placed , the order will be shipped in 1-14 days , and it will be delivered in 2-15days based on location.

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges or duties in the recipient country is assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Also, the customer has to pay for the logistics costs including the taxes and shipping charges for delivery outside of India.
